영상은 인도네시아에서 온 이주여성의 인터뷰와 그녀가 인도네시아를 떠난 1997년을 기점으로 일어난 여성운동이 교차하며 전개된다. 작가는 그들의 목소리가 어떻게 지워졌으며, 누가 목소리를 가지게 되었는지 질문한다. 그리하여 한국 사회에서 발화 되기 어려운 다중억압과 차별의 상황에 놓인 한 개인의 정체성에 대해 이야기 하고 있다.
The video intersects interviews with immigrants from Indonesia and the women's movement that took place in 1997 when she left Indonesia. I ask how their voices have been erased and who has them. And I am talking about an individual's identity in a situation of multiple oppression and discrimination that is difficult to reveal in Korean society.
